Where did you go to college:
Texas Tech University
What was your major:
Human development & family studies
During his time at Tech, Eddie took advantage of all the opportunities available to him. He was very involved in intramural sports; he looked forward to flag football each fall. Saturday game days and the atmosphere at the Jones is AWESOME, “make sure that you camp out in Raiderville at least once.” He was there when we beat the #1 team in the country with only seconds left on the clock. “EPIC” is really the only word he uses to describe that moment. Eddie served as vice president of a fraternity, he co-founded a student organization, served as a mentor at the Bridge of Lubbock, was the captain of his intramural teams, worked as a housing ambassador and a greeter at Paradigm. If you were at Tech when Eddie was there, you could find him at the Rec Center almost every afternoon.
He advises new students to get involved early, be a leader in and out of the classroom, go to Palo Duro Canyon, hang out at J&B coffee shop and bring a bike.
