Originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Ricky brings his many experiences in recruiting to assist transfer students in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as well as all students in Oklahoma. “I enjoy helping transfer students transition from a community college to Texas Tech. Assisting students to complete their degrees makes me feel like I play an important part in their lives.”

Advice that Ricky gives to students is to make sure and research the college you are interested in attending. If you have questions about the academic programs or have admissions questions make sure to ask – our staff is always willing to help. Also, take the time and visit campus. “Students always enjoy our campus and fall in love with the Spanish architecture here at Tech.”
